As a special needs mom, I'm always worried about what will happen to my kiddo should we get into an accident and I am unable to care for him. So, I've created a simple solution!

I have designed these 4" tall x 3" wide acrylic engraved tags that contain my sons medical information.

The front personalization contains your Childs name as well as immediate information you'd like a first responder to know about him/her.

The backside can have up to 14 lines of whatever personalization you want.
